JobCollapsed Ticket

The Job Ticket option in Advanced Quick Sets allows you to record information such as Order number, Company and Customer name, Prints Due, Due Date, and any other notes associated with the job.

  • Prints Due – This option helps you to set the required number of printing for an order.
  • Due Date – This option helps you to know which job should give priority to print. Check [Enable Due Date] box.

(NOTE: Both of these can be populated from an MIS/Business system using ONYX Connect.)

Fill in the information in the [Job Ticket] fields (Figure 1) and click [OK] to add it to the Quick SetCollapsed. Then every job with this Quick Set will have the recorded job ticket information. You can also add a Job Ticket to an individual job in the "Open" dialog of RIP-Queue and Job Editor, Job Properties, and [Print] tab of Job Editor. See Opening an Image.
